We are not an ISO 9001 shop. At some point, we would like to get there, but it’s not on the table for the foreseeable future. That being said, we are well versed in what is required for that certification, and we actually do a great deal of what is required:
Machine Setup Sheets
Every job that goes to the machine has a setup sheet to convey as much information as is possible. Operator error and setup time is greatly reduced because of this.
Inspection reports
Every job that is run undergoes a documented 100% first article inspection. In-Process inspection is then carried out at pre-determined intervals. As frequent as 100% of parts, depending on customer requirements. Our Statistical Sampling Plans are based on ASQC Z1.4 2008 Level II with Zero rejects as seen below.

Inspection Equipment and Calibration
We only invest in the best the industry has to offer. Starrett, Brown and Sharpe, Mitutoyo. Our hand gages are internally calibrated, but our larger items, Height Gage and Comparator will be calibrated by a third party that is certified.
